After re-emerging from the womb of the wilderness, I arrived just in time to take my little pink bunny to her dress rehearsal. For the past several months, Abigale has been taking a tap and ballet class. It is a pre-school level class and thus the teacher incorporates lots of imagination and animal themes into every move they learn. It’s really quite fantastic and Abby has made her first bestest friend in Miracle. At the end of the year, the studio produces a big recital that incorporates ALL of their regular classes. It is held at Sandia Prep Highschool’s Performing Arts Center and is actually quite professionally done. Abby’s class has one token boy, so he was the magician who pulls all the girl bunnies out of a hat and they dance happily around him and in formation for 3 minutes. It was the most beautiful and funny and awesome experience. They were everything perfect, spontaneous and cute. They received the loudest applause the most hoots and hollers of any group. And you can see why
