Imagine my excitement when greeting my wild rose bushes the other morning (as I do every morning) and seeing bees swarming around the perfect little pink sweet sensually smelling petals. A honey bee and a larger bee species buzzed around in their “ohm” like trance checking out each flower. The zen moment of the day, for sure. Reminded me to relax and enjoy the simple things, like how awesome is the smell of a rose and how we would be without that memorable sensation were it not for bees! Yay bees. This was truly a great event for me after hearing so much about the plight of the honey bees. They are actually seeking out my house, which is so rewarding being how I’ve spent the past two months planting and re-wilding my little neck of the woods here………just so things like bees would hang out.
