Well, it’s official, I turned 34 last week. So, what does that mean? Well, um, it means in numerical values I am one year older. It could also mean that I’m starting to notice some gray hairs and fine lines adding to my overall wisdom that comes with age.   But, mostly I think it means I continue to become more and more myself. I love that. For me New Year’s Day is not in January, it’s on your birthday. You get the chance to re-group, re-evaluate, and re-discover yourself. Although it seems I do this quarterly with the seasons anyway, on my birthday I guess I assess it all as a whole again. I’m so excited about this current path I’m on that I don’t see any major upshifts right now, only a diving deeper and uncovering of my true nature. Yay! I’m 34! WOW. 34!

My mom treated us to a lovely event on Friday. I’ve been dying to attend one of these concerts at the Zoo for over a year now. So, when Celtic Singer Songwriter Cathie Ryan came to town on the 11th, it seemed a perfect opportunity and time frame to make it happen. We had a blast, enjoyed the rain which made the music of Ireland feel that much more authentic.

I loved watching my girls and my niece dance around.

And the whole event was encored by the massive Lion King Cosmo roaring in the distance.
